 The villas at Santa Clara Golf just outside Marbella have since their launch 4 years ago been a tremendous success. Finally, a concept of creating a ‘home from home’ has arrived in Marbella. We are now selling the second and third phases of Santa Clara Golf and due to the new building restrictions in Marbella, it seems as though these two phases may very well be the last. This of course will only make them more attractive and sought after. When viewing the villas at Santa Clara Golf it is interesting to pay a visit to the great communal swimming pools. Whilst they are popular and well designed, it is interesting to note that the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxed and that you definitely will not find any football shirts or tattoos in the vicinity, just a great upmarket community; no neighbours from hell. The community is gated with 24-hour security and it has attracted many families with children who can play on the closed private roads. Many of the villas also have enough space in their gardens to install a private swimming pool. The villas are splendidly designed. On the ground level there is a beautiful and spacious kitchen with breakfast area and top Bosch appliances. Then there is the living room with its French fire place and sliding door into what could either be a dining room or play room, both leading out to a large covered terrace and into the private gardens. Going upstairs via the wide staircase, we find three double bedrooms all with ensuite bath or shower room and plenty of wardrobes. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea. The villas at Santa Clara Golf offer probably the best value for money in Marbella in this price range. |
